How Capability URLs Work
Capability URLs are a simple but powerful access control mechanism. Instead of checking who you are, they check what you know — specifically, whether you know the URL.

The security of a capability URL depends entirely on its unpredictability. If someone can guess the URL, they can access the file. But our URLs use industry-standard generation methods, so you're totally safe.
